If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or incomplete product, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. It should be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice or proof of purchase. Products that are used, altered, broken after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for return or refund approval.

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the item and verify the issue. Once approved, we will inform you through email, call, or message regarding the status of your return or refund request.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide valid bank account details for refund transfer.

Shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side, such as wrong product shipment or damaged item delivery. Customized products, personalized items, hygiene-related products (if applicable), and clearance or final sale products may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

We reserve the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet our return conditions or if the claim is found invalid after inspection.
